X Corp – a vile, failed, immoral company

So the closing bell rings on Friday, June 12th

I post the usual ‘… congratulations to the survivors’ post, and switch across from a desktop to my laptop. I notice the X interface has changed, and receive the following email…

Ohh, so I’m a robot now?

Lets be clear, its not about ‘saying the wrong thing’, the master computer at X HQ has decided I’m no longer human.

Here are most of the posts the algo didn’t like.
*You can tell, as its the posts that have the charts/pictures blocked…

The algo was fine with my silver post…

… but gold… not so much…

… and it didn’t like my picture of Venus and Jupiter…

Again… none of these things were assessed by a real person. Such post editing/censorship have been automatically carried out by an algo, whose rule set is a secret.

Special message to X

1. Fuck you.
2. FUCK YOU
3. Your service regularly sucks.

4. You are two-tier, with one rule for one group, and a different rule for another group.

5. You knowingly FAIL to provide a service, as paid for, which is FRAUD.

6. You never apologise for anything, or refund anyone, for being locked out of their accounts, whether a day, week, or months.

7. FUCK YOU, you’re a garbage company, with near zero customer service. Let me guess, the very few people who do respond to ‘appeals’ are all based in India, being paid $1 an hour, right?

Dear reader… ohh, was I supposed to be polite to X ?
You think those wretched scrubs merit any degree of respect?
No.  They merit little other than contempt.

Reading around this weekend, X have been deleting tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of genuine people for no good reason in recent months.

As a result, the appeals ‘queue’ is perhaps months long, with most just giving up.

X doesn’t care of course.
Yours truly is nothing to them.

X has become the mouthpiece of his highness… Elon Musk.
He doesn’t care either.
If he did, he’d offer decent customer service (based in the USA), so that paying clients can speak to a real person about any ‘issues’.

Ohh, and the ‘appeals’ process itself is a joke.
First, X doesn’t even tell you specifically what the EXACT issue was.
How is anyone able to properly respond?

Second, the appeal reply can be no longer than 2-3 sentences.
Its garbage tier standards.

Back soon, or gone forever?

Maybe I’ll get my account back.
… but maybe that really is it for me.  It’d be somewhat ironic to have been deleted on the day that SpaceX became listed.

To have been a user of Twitter/X since 2011, and to have an account deleted by a fucking computer, based on a set of rules, which are secret. Its no better than the Stasi of East Germany.

Ohh, and knowing that a fair chunk of my followers see ‘suspended’ and think I did something wrong, when the reality is very different.

Again, this is just X… broadly…. shitty… standards, but which are reflective of the decaying western world.

Ohh, and to my X followers…

In another timeline, each of you would send a message to X support, and let them know about my situation. But no, you won’t, because you’re apathetic.

Very few of you would retweet a chart that you had requested. How many thousands of hours did I post charts? Yet I don’t even merit a few minutes of your time, for a cursory message to X support, right?

Of course I don’t. You’ll just move onto the next person, and in a few days, it will be as though I never existed in the first place.

Yours… just another abused customer of X Corp.
